The class started with its usual agenda ‘Language important rather than skills . The main topic was perspective drawing . 1 point and 2 point perspective was the main things taught . We started with discussing daily examples which helped us to relate easily. Like the mirror , Football ground extra. We started with basic cubes with one point where we had to connect lines to one vanishing point.I even used different mediums both pencil and ball pen.In two point perspective we had to vanishing points where a side of square had to be matched .

For one perspective the cube started with a square joining all corners to the vanishing point. Two perspective started with one side and further connecting it to vanishing points in order to attain a cube .This is the same concept is for a cuboid.

This is one point perspective drawing of a metro station. The tunnel is the vanishing point where everything connects. This drawing is a mixture of pencil, ball pen, ink pen, brush pen . The rendering technique used are stippling, hatching, cross hatching. Alignment was a challenging part to understand.

This a two point perspective drawing . It is done from black ball pen and ink pen. The rendering technique used is hatching and stippling.Placement of stairs and matching with vanishing point was the complicated part.

This is also a two perspective drawing of a chinese cottage style house. The sketch part was interesting to draw with. The rendering which includes hatching, scribbling gave a 3D illusion . The scribbled trees behind complete the whole artwork.
This topic of perspective helped us in understanding 3D effect creating geometrical and structural drawings. Finally, more practice of rendering helps in creating a better illusion.
