DRAWING

Today’s class commenced with reviewing our previous class assignment which was based on one and two perspective drawing.Where we started with constructing cubes and slowly and steadily moving on to compositions and structures . Today we understood the concept of three and four perspective drawing.Four point perspective is nothing but somewhere in middle which defines height and depth .In this also we started with cubes .So basic difference between all perspective are : one point requires a square to start with, two point requires a side , three point requires to create the side starting with forming a triangle and lastly four perspective requires a grid to identify the cuboid.

This is a 3 point perspective drawing of a clock tower. Side hatching is the main rendering technique.Black 0.7 and 0.3 uniball pen is used.To add lighter effect grey sketch pen is used.
This a 3 point perspective building sketch. Through cross hatching , side hatching and stippling technique. The windows are wrong due to the vanishing point.Brush pen and black gel pen were main mediums that were used.
This is a 4 point perspective drawing of a reflective building .Both height and depth have been illustrated.Side hatching and normal shading techniques are used.Grey sketch pen and pencil are used . Black ball pen is used to outline the building.
This a 4 point technical drawing of a hot air balloon. It shows height and depth. Both side hatching and cross hatching are used to give the effect. Black gel pen is being used .
This exploration of mediums and practice gave an idea and the skill of perspective drawing.Overall windows and 4 perspective drawing was difficult to cope up with. But this topic helped us communicate our ideas in 3 Dimenson.
