Today’s class was the actual part of starting the zine . I was only able to attend the second half due to extreme weather conditions . The class was about digitalizing the rough draft that we had created. So the main part was understanding how it is going to be formatted on real paper and accordingly start digitalizing it . So according to my format first on illustrator i started tracing the sketch work through pen tool . But the mistake i incurred at the first step was not setting the pen point size . I completed tracing the whole frame but no sooner i realized the lack of visibility . So to reconcile the mistake i started adding layers . Then the next obstacle i was facing was with the ants . It was very much difficult to trace tiny ants . Hence , zooming and copying them with the help of alt helped. So today’s class helped us revise the concepts of illustrator that we had been learning since the very start.It seemed difficult at start but as when we started understanding the logic and application of right tools it became very much easier.
