For today’s class i was absent and hence this is what i summarized from my friends . The class commenced with speaking about the fertile cresent Iran,Iraq,Syria ,Isral etc. The geography which was very different back then . The summer and akkad from 5000bc to 1900 bc. This century where neighbors shared languages , rituals, cultutre.It was a land of civilized kings .The shift for their settlement to civilzation was a big twist which was due to resources, more people, and water bodies. There were many topics from pootery wheel to ziggurat animal sacrifice that was discussed . Each topic having its own unique point and understanding making it connect to the objects and its significance.
