Today’s class was an interesting decision of a waste management company . The main topic we discussed today was waste management and composting . Starting from the most affected areas in India that is Banglore . The problems like corrupt contracting and lock of funds is making the problem more grave . Unhygenic composting is leading to health issues . A new fact i came to know was the shampoo refill where each month where 4 shampoo bottles get wasted increasing landfills such things helps in reducing waste . But the problem was availability and distribution . Therefore daily dump used various composting methods which had availability like earthen pots . Which were porus , easily available .Then we also learned different methods of strategy form . The new method which was Ethnography where we observe the customer with product or service . Where they started with buckets the daily use product to create composting decorated them to contrast grabage as celebration.
There were many facts enclosed and discussed . How awareness is there but not to the right audience the knowldge but not the graveness of the problem . Similarly last class we were given a layout to choose a trend , an industry and a new idea . The following is what we came up as a group .
