Objects as history (week 5 )

Today’s class commenced with an introduction to our new assignment . Then we started about the History of Egypt which has first thought as gold riyalty and capes . We spoke about many words in the story from mummification to astronmy and each word having a relation to each other . The most spoken topic was Cleopatra who was said to be one of the most prettiest women in the history. She also had affair with Anthony and Julias Ceaser where the Roman intervention was marked in the history . We evaluated many paintings and artworks what symbolified . Each of them had different meanings .How symbolic drawings and abstraction played such a huge role . Differentiating each from one another . The use of material how each had a different meaning and varied time periods . Like a huge armored shaped stone figure looked something else but was actually a makeup pallette. We also learned about Tombs, sculptures and statues how each of them were different from one another .
