SUSTAINABILITY (WEEK 5)

7/2/2020

Today’s class was a discussion and review class on the mindmaps that were created by each group on the topics that were given. Where each group and their presentation gave new learnings and facts which seemed relavent.T5he basics of presentation which we discussed through all groups of how having keywords and branches of connection from a central point is so helpful. How the hunger group discussed hunger not only being a problem of stomach not filled but lack of nutrients causing so many issues. How pesticides could actually reduce the fertility of the ground. The ways of cleaning water and different forms from grey to green .Then we also spoke about mental illness actually affecting the health with some elaborative examples. I felt nothing new was learned but exaggerated. Mental health is an issue and the recovery ways how each of it is different. We also discussed the way illegal is actually affecting waste management causing serious diseases.

My topic wasclean water and sanitation but got postponed to next class as per lack of time .

The brown ones was specifically the ones i had written and worked on . The centre has a logo for the same .

This class overall had many learnings from mind maps to critical knowledge . This deep resarch and excessive knowldge by others actually is creating a stronger base of awareness . This also helps in other subjects like our elective of Strategic Design which is speaking about waste management and new startups . The resarch knowlege in this class is helping us connect with business strategies .
