Today’s class was about design thinking. Intially the class started with discussing the secret of which i am a big believer . How visualling things can actually manifest . Then we started with design thinking . Which is the most spoken topic sice the very start . This is where through creativity and tools of designing we solve problems . Which was first started by Ideo in 1996. Then we went into a deeper perspective of understanding step by step . Starting from persona building which sums up common factors mainly the behavior. Next was stakeholders group . It was discussed with examples mainly starbucks where we also classified between primary , secondary and tertiary . This part actually revievd all the management studies that we did. Then we also did customer journey . understanding this made us closer to reality how reving and knowing the habits can actually help in the execution . There was a long journey from awaremess to market space each giving a different overview .
This class help in ideating our ideas in which ever stream we choose .
