Today was our final review class . It was the final class with peer review and discussions . Where we had to present our movie and give our opinions .
We started with seeing other people’s movies which was so different . For instance everyday and travelling as a video were common but the way people presented it was so different.These gave us insights to different way of presenting the same thing . Similarly, the opinions were also so varied on each video . Like minute things as different transitions time lapse and other aspects which influenced the overall video .Then my video which i reconciled and changed through weeks is what i presented . My movie’s name is Monte de Pheonux which means rise of pheonix in french . This name created the right impact for my story which spoke about rising from the negative .

My reviews which were mainly not recognizing the story in first glance as it was metaphorical . But my story being upon transgender lgbt didn’t have enough literal videos to showcase my ideas . This was my 6 th draft after changing and trying to communicate better . My story had too many layers but one theme of transgender in the modellinhg industry . We were given chance to improve our work on reviews but i couldn’t get any best idea to improve my movie based on narrative . The only scope of improvement was changing the whole narrative and creating a movie from scratch . But that was actually taking my individuality as a designer . It was actually taking the essence . Hence i stuck with this movie as my final draft .
This project was full of challenges but taught me so many lessons at various levels . It pushed me to take a route of a deep narrative with a personal touch . Then as per results marks weren’t so satisfying but i was satisfied with my unusual route and story .
This was the second draft of my first narrative .
Overall this project wasn’t only technical or creative based but also skecth based . It covered so many aspects . A person who never knew or understood video editing has actually progressed and is being able to present ideas through short movies like in the subject of sustainability .
